The room was spacious and comfortable; the swimming pool was a good size; there was adequate car parking at the hotel.

It would have been nice if the breakfast could have included cold meats (ham, salami, etc.)

Not too bad and not too good. Enough for our appetide. Good scenery. Eating breakfast beside the pool we are enjoying.

Breakfast choices is not that much. Some of the food is too spicy. And if u stay there for few days, u will see the food is almost the same.

Location is wonderful restaurants near also tourist places not far . I suggest families to stay in in this hotel .

We had a very pleasant stay while exploring the National Park. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Communication with the hotel via email and Whatsapp was a bit slow prior to our arrival. It's better to call them directly if urgent.

We stayed at the hotel and had one of the best experiences we’ve had in Thailand. The place is clean, cozy, quiet, and close to the national park. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is simply relaxing and welcoming.But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the very first moment, the staff helped us book a guide for a full-day tour of Khao Yai National Park, and on an evening when we couldn’t find anywhere to eat because all the nearby restaurants were already closed, they even arranged a ride for us to 7/11.We especially want to mention Yumi from the reception, who was beyond amazing. After we checked out, she discovered that we had forgotten some important items at the hotel—just a few hours before our flight back to Israel. Yumi not only found everything, but also personally assisted me throughout the entire process: packing the items, arranging the shipment, and making sure the package would reach us on time in Bangkok. She was patient, professional, kind, and had the biggest heart. We truly felt that she went above and beyond to help us, which is far from obvious.

Very quite and comfortable. The Resort is very nice for few days to get out from Bangkok. Staff were amazing and helpful. Rooms were clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food ad drinks were great & the happy hour the pool was great!

Absolutely everything, cleanest place I’ve stay in long time. Stuff was fabulous, breakfast to die for … also you must try their signature beef burger. We had it almost every night. Been traveling all summer brake and this place was our favorite in Thailand. Well done to everyone who works there. Thank you Kun Adam

There is some renovation near the pool… feel a little bit uncomfortable while swimming.

I was impressed by the photos of the hotel, but in reality it is a little dated. We were given a room right at the end of the corridor (which we thought was fine, might be quieter), but on one of the nights there was a party going on in one of the rooms that went on until past 1am and it was disruptive for us with a child and we had to call the front desk to complain.

The staff is so nice, helpful and accommodative. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was great and in general the food in the hotel was absolutely wonderful. We took a room with a mountain view, and from the balcony we could see the wildlife of the area, mostly hornbills

Nothing, it was great

It was a very clean and convenient hotel from check-in, getting settled, with the pool/restaurant. It was family-friendly with an average breakfast buffet. Many families ate at the restaurant and pool area. The entire hotel/room was very clean and comfortable (except for the bed).

The bed was extremely hard. I was a bit shocked that this is a normal bed for Chatrium Collection. Perhaps I'm accustom to softer beds when staying at hotels.

Everything. The hotel was fantastic and staff very friendly. Perfect location for the park. Clean and very tidy. Lovely staff.

Food was fantastic but a little expensive as was the restaurants close to hotel. This isn’t a complaint as the food was very good but over priced.
